These terms apply to everyone who uses compute-terminal.com (the "Website"). Subscribers are also bound by the Terms of Subscription, which prevail where the two differ.

1. About the Website

Compute Terminal is published by Apex Management Int LLC (Delaware, USA). By using the Website you accept these terms.

2. Not advice

Impersonal, general research for professional market participants, including professional and sophisticated investors where receipt of such research is lawful. Not investment, procurement, engineering, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Research for information only. Not investment advice. Compute Terminal is subscriber-funded and publishes the same calls to every tier at the same time.

3. Ownership

"Compute Terminal" and its logo are trade marks of the publisher. Third-party data shown on the Website remains subject to its own licence and attribution.

4. What you may do

You may view the Website, share links to it, and quote short extracts with the credit "Source: Compute Terminal" and a link to the page quoted.

Each instrument's public headline reading may be reused under CC BY 4.0, as set out in the Terms of Subscription.

5. What you may not do

copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Website, or any content behind sign-in;
access the Website by automated means beyond what robots.txt permits, or in a way that burdens it;
circumvent sign-in, paywalls, rate limits or other access controls;
use content behind sign-in, or files delivered to subscribers, to train or ground AI models;
use the Website's data or readings to create an index, benchmark or competing dataset;
suggest that we endorse you or are affiliated with you.

6. Not a benchmark

Compute Terminal indices and readings are published for information. They are not benchmarks for the purposes of the UK or EU Benchmarks Regulation and may not be used as a reference in a financial instrument or financial contract, or to measure the performance of an investment fund, without a written licence from the publisher.

7. Accuracy and availability

Figures are sourced and dated, and we correct errors when we find them; write to research@compute-terminal.com with a correction. The Website is provided as is and may change or be unavailable at times.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.

9. Text and data mining

We reserve all rights to text and data mining of the Service, including under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790, except as these terms or the CC BY 4.0 grant allow.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version date appears at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
