About us

Independent research on the AI-infrastructure economy.

Compute Terminal covers AI compute and the global AI datacentre buildout for everyone who invests in, finances, buys, builds or powers it. It is published by Apex Management Int LLC (Delaware, USA).

It runs the way a professional desk works: a fixed daily cadence, eleven named instruments with published methods, a deals and news record with sources on every line, data you can download, and a conflicts policy you can read before you subscribe.

Principles

  1. Numbers first. No adjective without a number behind it.
  2. Sources on every figure. If we cannot cite it, we do not print it.
  3. No forecasts dressed as facts. Probabilities are labelled as ours.
  4. Corrections in public. Logged, dated and explained.
  5. One price page. Every market participant buys the same product.

Founder and Managing Partner

Denis Rudev

Denis is an AI-infrastructure investor and capital-markets professional with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record across strategy, investment banking and principal investing. He has closed more than US$10 billion in capital-raising and M&A transactions.

He began his career at McKinsey & Company and in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division, then spent six years at a hedge fund investing in special situations before co-founding LK Green Capital, a BVI FSC-regulated event-driven and special-situations fund with a mandate in AI infrastructure, where he is Chief Investment Officer.

Having worked on every side of the table — as adviser, banker and investor — he brings builders, operators and investors a view of the whole AI-infrastructure stack, from power and sites to silicon, contracts and capital.

He leads Compute Terminal's research and its Capital Raising practice, leads every mandate personally from first assessment to funding, and writes the daily read on X.

The author's other roles, and any positions held in covered names, are disclosed in the conflicts and disclosure policy.
