Conflicts & disclosure policy

How we keep the research clean

Trust is the product. These rules apply to every publication, every tier and every person who writes for Compute Terminal.

  • Same time

Every tier receives every call at the same moment.

  • Holdings named

Positions in covered names are disclosed by name.

  • Mandates disclosed

Capital-raising clients are named, with no ratings on them during a mandate.

  • Public inputs

No leaked, NDA-restricted or non-public data.

1. Uniform timing across tiers

Standard, Plus and Pro differ in depth, history and data, never in when a view reaches subscribers: the same calls go to every tier at the same time, and nothing reaches an institutional reader before an individual one. Flash Notes are published to Pro the same morning as the event, and their conclusions appear in the next brief for every tier.

2. Holdings disclosure

Compute Terminal is published by Apex Management Int LLC. Any position held by the publisher or its principals in a covered name is listed below by name and repeated in the footer of every brief. The table is read from the analyst-maintained holdings register that prints that footer.

The holdings register is temporarily unavailable. The same table is printed in the footer of every brief; for the current list, email research@compute-terminal.com.

3. The author's other roles

Compute Terminal's Founder and Managing Partner, Denis Rudev, is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of LK Green Capital, an event-driven and special-situations fund with a mandate in AI infrastructure; the fund's positions in covered names appear in the table above.

4. Capital Raising mandates

Our Capital Raising service advises builders, operators and start-ups on raising capital and is separate from the research. Every company under an active mandate is listed here by name. While a mandate is active, and for 90 days after it ends, we publish no Scorecard rating, valuation view or opinion on that company; factual items about it (news, deals, filings) carry a disclosure line. Mandate fees are never contingent on research content.

Active mandates

No company is under an active Capital Raising mandate as of 15 Oct 2026.

Read from the copy published with the site data; the live register is temporarily unavailable. For confirmation, email research@compute-terminal.com.

5. Trading restrictions

No one at the publisher trades a covered name in the window around publication of a note on that name. The length of the window will be stated on this page once it is set. Any exception is logged and disclosed.

6. Independence

We do not accept payment for coverage. Paid engagements with companies in the coverage universe are limited to the Capital Raising service and are governed by the Capital Raising mandates section above. Many subscribers are covered companies. Subscribing never affects coverage, there is no sponsored content, and role views are filters over the same research released to everyone at the same time.

Compute Terminal is subscriber-funded: no advertising, no placement fees and no issuer-paid research.

7. Data provenance

Every figure is drawn from a public document, an exchange price or a licensed data feed, and stored with its source and date. We do not use material non-public information, leaked documents, or data obtained under a non-disclosure agreement or any other confidentiality obligation. Nothing is typed in from memory: if a feed fails, the figure is shown as unavailable rather than filled in.

Licensed benchmark values are shown under the terms of their licences. Values from licensed compute-price indices appear only in rendered publications and charts; they are left out of data packs, the API and downloads unless the index owner has licensed redistribution in writing. Packs and the API carry our own derived series instead, such as inter-index basis, week-on-week changes and the Public Rate Card Composite. Third-party data in the Primer and reports is used with attribution and remains its owners' property.

8. News and deals

News and deal items are our own summaries with the key number, never reproduced article text. Each links to the original publisher where known — labelled “Source 1”, “Source 2” — and a data vendor or aggregator is never shown as the source of a news item.

An item with only one source carries a “single source” flag. Deals carry a confidence grade: Confirmed (a company release or two independent sources) or Reported (a single source). Calculated metrics are marked “calc.”, and talks are recorded but kept out of deal totals. Every item is approved by the analyst before it is published.

9. Vendor names

The names of our data and tooling vendors never appear in the free daily post on X. In paid products and the Primer they appear only as attributed sources.

10. Compute futures

We describe compute futures and other compute derivatives by their recorded status only — announced, pending regulatory review, approved, listed, trading, withdrawn — and never call a contract “launched” or “listed” until the venue confirms its first trade.

  • CME H100 and B200 rental-index futures (GPU1, GPU2)Status: Pending — CFTC review extended to ~9 Nov 2026 · CME notice
  • ICE Futures U.S. OCPI H100 (HPR) and B200 (BKL) futuresStatus: Pending — after the CFTC comment period · ICE Futures U.S. notice

Status as of 14 Oct 2026, from the Catalyst Calendar register.

11. Nature of the research

Compute Terminal publishes impersonal, general research of regular circulation for professional market participants, including professional and sophisticated investors where receipt of such research is lawful. It gives no personalised advice and no one-to-one recommendations, keeps no model portfolio tied to trading, issues no timed trading signals and sets no price targets of its own. Nothing on this site is an offer of any security.

A lint check on every publication template rejects “buy”, “sell”, “add”, “trim” and “target price” as whole words in instrument and Flash Note copy, with an allow-list for quoted third parties and for words such as “buyer”, “buyout” and “procurement”.

The disclaimer carried on every page and publication:

Impersonal, general research for professional market participants, including professional and sophisticated investors where receipt of such research is lawful. Not investment, procurement, engineering, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Every publication also carries the disclosure line, a link to this policy and the statement “Intended for professional and sophisticated investors where receipt of such research is lawful.”

12. Corrections

Errors are corrected in the next publication and logged on the methodology page with the date and what changed.
